Synopsis: Organizations, both profit and not-for-profit, deal with
people of different cultures. Therefore, cultural sensitivity and
awareness of different perceptions, values and traditions are important
management skills within the same nation, there are people with different
cultural backgrounds, and culture changes not only from country to country,
but even from region to region. Students come to understand these
differences and to learn not to rely on self-referential criteria.
